Shipping Policy:

Juicy Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left the Juicy Lashes facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Juicy Lashes is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

Juicy Lashes has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. International Orders:

For all orders over $250, shipping methods available are only International Express services. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Juicy Lashes does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country; if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Juicy Lashes occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets.

If you receive any damaged promotional products, please address your concern to info@myjuicylashes.com. If damaged, the promotional product will be replaced by Juicy Lashes. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from the customer.
